Alldieweil is an archaic or poetic subordinating conjunction equivalent to weil or da. It still surfaces in humorous or deliberately old-fashioned contexts and in older texts a B2 learner might encounter.

Natural Translation
He remained silent, since he did not know what to say.
Literal Translation
