Ihr, capitalized, is the formal possessive 'your', matching the polite address Sie. Lower-case ihr by contrast means 'her', 'their', or the informal plural 'you', so the capital letter does real work in writing. It takes the usual possessive endings, e.g. Ihre Adresse.
