Usage Note

Tunika is a loose-fitting top or dress reaching to the hip or thigh, often worn over leggings or trousers. A popular casual wardrobe item in Germany, especially in summer. It is distinct from a Bluse (blouse) in its longer length and lack of buttons down the front.
