Usage Note
österreichisch describes anything from Austria and is written lowercase, unlike the noun Österreich (the country) or Österreicher (an Austrian person). When it names the variety of German spoken there, you'll hear österreichisches Deutsch. Adjectives of nationality are not capitalised in German.
