Usage Note
wieder means 'again' and is the productive prefix for repetition or returning, as in wiederholen ('to repeat') and wiedersehen ('to see again'), the source of the farewell Auf Wiedersehen. Don't confuse it with the preposition wider ('against'), spelled without the -e-. The pair immer wieder means 'again and again'.
Examples
"Er ist schon wieder krank."
Natural Translation
He is ill again.

He is already again ill.
