Passt (literally 'fits/suits') is a highly colloquial affirmative meaning 'fine', 'agreed', or 'that works': „Treffen wir uns um drei?” – „Passt!” It is conversational and informal, frequent in spoken German. The fuller form passt mir ('suits me') or passt so ('as is, fine') are slight variations.
