Klar doch is a casual, emphatic affirmative, slightly more insistent than na klar. The particle doch adds a reinforcing or mildly impatient tone: Klar doch, das weiß ich doch! It is colloquial and predominantly spoken, common among younger speakers and in relaxed registers.
