Also means
listen
Usage Note
hören covers both hearing and listening; for active, attentive listening Germans add the prefix in zuhören (+ dative). With auf it means to heed someone: hör auf mich!. The greeting-related Hörst du? checks whether you're paying attention.
Examples

Natural Translation
I like listening to music.
