Alles klar is an extremely common colloquial response confirming understanding or agreement — 'got it', 'all clear', 'understood': Alles klar, ich erledige das sofort. It can also be used as a greeting-question (Alles klar bei dir? = 'Everything okay with you?'). Very frequent in everyday speech across all ages.
