Usage Note

Sesamöl pressed from roasted sesame seeds is a dark, intensely nutty oil used in small quantities as a finishing flavour in Asian cooking. It is not suitable for deep-frying due to low smoke point. Sold at Asian grocery stores and increasingly in supermarkets.
